Curious?
I hope so. If you ever find me out on a trail, I'm usually the one holding up the rear. Why? Because I'm curious too. I am far more interested in stopping to smell the flowers or in finding a beautiful moment than reaching whatever hilltop or spot is on the map. For me, the journey is the destination! My pleasure is derived from exploring the everyday wonders of the inside and outside worlds.
I come from a long line of educators, teaching children both in and out of the classroom for over 29 years. I am a mother of 4 (ages 11 to 26) and certified in activity-based mindfulness for children. I am thrilled to offer both adults and children an experience that is sure to awaken your own enthusiasm for curiosity in nature and in life. I look forward to wandering and pondering with you in order to grow at the speed of curiosity.

Why is connecting with Nature important?
Studies reveal that humans are healthier, happier, and more creative when they get outdoors and explore. We are ‘hardwired’ with a need to be in nature. In addition, the negative effects of ‘screen time’ and over-reliance on technology makes it even more vital now for us all to ‘unplug’ and recharge our mental and emotional batteries. To learn more:
