What To Do With Interruptions?

In this video blog, Ms. Christina shares how to take what could be an annoying interruption and to turn it into a mindful moment. Key learning take-aways from the video:

  • Pause - Take a moment to allow time to think before you respond.

  • Receive The Gift - Even a distraction can be a gift if you look at it from a mindful perspective

  • Interruptions are Temporary - Ms. Christina realized through pausing that the zooming cars would indeed pass like so many other interruptions in our lives.

  • Is There a Change I am in Charge of? - Ms. Christina realizes she can move to a quieter space away from the cars!
